Job Description

Purchase Ledger Clerk required for dynamic organisation based in Oldham. Your duties as a purchase ledger clerk will include processing invoices, matching and coding and reconciling supplier statements. Other duties include preparing the payment run and dealing with queries. You must be able to display a wide range of transferable skills. An opportunity for a bright and determined individual who is looking to show interpersonal skills at a high level.
As an experienced purchase ledger clerk, you will be familiar with dealing with a high volume of invoices and will have used a computerised accounts package and Excel. The ideal candidate will also be able to assist with other aspects of the accounts department. You must also be able to work on your own initiative, showing excellent communication and numerical skills, as well as being a good team player who pays excellent attention to detail.
