Job Description

Recruitment Manager required to join a large HR team within the financial services industry. This is a new role within the company to manage the recruitment process. The role will involve organising career fairs, writing and developing job descriptions alongside senior managers as well as personality profiling.
The successful candidate with have previous experience within the Recruitment process, ideally within a Financial Services industry, and essentially with a proven background in HR. The ideal applicant will have thorough experience within the interview and selection process.
My client has just moved to new offices on the outskirts of Solihull, in the last financial year they doubles here growth and have developed into new areas of their market. This is a dynamic company looking for an experienced recruiter to make this role their own.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
