Job Description
Corporate Accountant required for a global multi billion dollar manufacturing organisation. Duties include researching US GAAP in response to technical enquiries from the field, quarterly reporting of complex accounting areas following the recent acquisition, maintenance of the group accounting manual and communications to the field on emerging accounting issues, operation review of Japanese SOX controls as appropriate, miscellaneous projects assigned by Corporate Controller's group. The role offers exposure to senior members of finance including Group Corporate Controller.
This opportunity is suited to a recently qualified ACA keen to pursue a rewarding career with a true global company. You will have experience of research and reporting on technical issues, dealing with overseas colleagues, will have strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills and strong Excel skills.
