Job Description
UK Development Manager required to report into the UK HR Director. You will be responsible for developing talent within the organisation across all levels including the executive team. You will cover all aspects of leadership, coaching and performance management. You will have input into the Learning and Development strategy for the organisation and manage a small team. You will also be responsible for graduate recruitment.
You will hold relevant training and development qualifications and have a proven background in Learning and development with a focus on talent management for a large organisation. You will also have experience of Graduate recruitment. You will have effective communication skills and worked with senior and executive levels previously. Ideally you will have overseen a multi site function. You will have strong analytical skills.
