Job Description
You will be responsible for managing and recruiting across a regional client portfolio, also inclusive of preferred supplier accounts, developing further accounts through a well structured, resourced and supported business model, utilising the established network to assist in the development of client relationships and cross selling to develop further opportunities for the team. Every Recruitment Consultant joining sf group will have a personal development plan, incorporating workshops and advanced training, which is designed to fast track you to success and in turn, management.
Our recruitment consultants core office working hours are 8.30am to 6.30pm. You will benefit from the best uncapped commission structure in the industry, which is why last years top billing consultant earned 175k.
