Job Description
A Graduate Development Manager is required to work closely with the Graduate Recruitment Manager to ensure that new recruits receive the most effective development. You will work closely with key stakeholders to design, deliver and evaluate the process for attracting and retaining graduates. Due to the urgent nature of this appointment it will be advantageous in your application if you are immediately available.
As the ideal candidate you will be CIPD qualified as a minimum and have experience of operating within a Graduate Recruitment of Learning and Development capacity. You will be innovative in your approach and be an excellent communicator who has the ability to work with and influence key stakeholders.
