Job Description
My client requires a HR Advisor (Resourcing) to primarily manage the recruitment of 50 Client Services graduates per year. You will also be responsible for administering the wider resourcing strategy by recruiting for all levels throughout the business.
Approachable and personable, you will have fantastic customer service skills and prior experience of recruitment. You will be passionate about the people you are recruiting and able to empathise with them throughout various stages of the recruitment process. Personally well organised with excellent communication skills, you will also have a high attention to detail and the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
My client is a dominant player in the world of market research and provides high quality market intelligence to the world's leading market research organisations. My client is based in Warwick and committed to the training and development of it's staff.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
