Job Description
You will have exposure to working within a large HR function & understand the complexities of the larger corporate environment. Ideally you will have some form of CIPD qualification & you will have been experienced in HR or training administration & organisation. Alternatively you could be from a HR advisor background who is looking to move into a training role. Preferably you will also have exposure to recruitment and it would be highly beneficial if this was focused around graduate recruitment. You will need to be able to operate under your own initiative with the ability to be analytical.
Learning And Development Officer required to support the learning manager. Your key responsibilities will be to co ordinate and arrange training ensuring that all needs are met and that it is kept within the budget. Monitor performance appraisals & ensure that training needs are addressed within budget. Deal with all the administration attached to training so that records are maintained & evaluation is recorded so that the training manager can assess return on investment. You will also play a large role within the whole graduate recruitment & training process for the organisation.
