Job Description
You will support the business from both an operational and tactical Human Resources perspective including managing disciplinaries and grievances, dealing with employee relations issues, performance management, absence management and providing advice and support to senior management in line with the organisations policies and procedures. There are also exciting opportunities to get involved with mergers, acquisitions, TUPE and organisational development projects.
You will be an experienced Human Resources professional and you will have extensive experience of working at an Advisory level within a private sector business. Ideally you will be fully CIPD qualified with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will have strong project management experience and have a real focus on customer service and delivery of pragmatic Human Resources solutions to the business.
