Job Profile
Working with the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for directing, organising, developing and managing the portfolio team, so as to ensure that people are available and aligned with business needs. Duties will include supporting the Commercial Manager and Product Leader to develop the annual business plan for the commercial motor portfolio, underwriting new and existing corporate Motor business, developing strong relationships with new and existing brokers and clients along with participating in the review and analysis of the portfolio to identify progress towards the business plan.

Applicant Requirements
The successful applicant will have a high level of technical expertise in underwriting various classes of commercial motor insurance business, complimented with strong negotiation skills with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Local market awareness and broker relationships will be held along with broker development acumen and experience.
