Job Profile
Working alongside the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for directing, organising, developing and managing the portfolio team, so as to ensure that people are available and aligned with business needs. Duties will include supporting the Commercial Manager and Product Leader to develop the annual business plan for the portfolio, underwriting new and existing corporate Liability business along with developing strong relationships with new and existing brokers and clients and participating in the review and analysis of the portfolio to identify progress towards business plan.

Applicant Requirements
The successful applicant will hold a high level of technical expertise underwriting casualty insurance business with strong negotiation skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills complimented with local market awareness and broker relationships. Additionally you will have broker development acumen and experience.
