The duties include Responsibility for numerous financial returns and accounts including Statutory Financial StatementsEnsuring DoH "drawdowns" are subject to the Cash Limit and that Cash Limit is met; Responsible for the monitoring of the Capital Programme;Responsible for the maintenance of the Standing Financial Instructions & Orders as well as Financial Procedure review
The individual will be a qualified accountant with a background of Statutory accounting within the NHS.The person will have the ability to deal with technical financial accounting issues and ensure that the organisation is always able to meet its obligation and meet all protocols. You will need to have experience of managing a team
My client is a Large NHS organisation in the west midlands. Their goal is to improve the quality of medical and health services to their local catchment area. They have a large budget and require individuals of high caliber to ensure they maintain the very high standards they have already achieved
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
