Job Description
Assistant Accountant required to assistant the group company accountant. Key responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of the monthly management accounts, group VAT returns, ensure accuracy of GL in accordance with IFRS, help prepare Group budgets and forecasts and any other ad-hoc duties.
We require a Part Qualified accountant who is degree educated. You should be a highly motivated confident self starter who is a good team player. Additionally you should have strong technical skills and the ability to be pro-active in your assistance of the company accountant..
Our client is a Group of Companies with a range of businesses including stock broking, fund management and investment banking. The role is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to get valuable commercial exposure within the financial sector. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
