Job Description
Financial Controller required to report to the Finance Director. Key responsibilities will include the management of a team of 10, put in place a robust set of accounting procedures, presenting Venture Capital Trust (VCT) information at Board level, implement an effective budget and forecasting tool for a rapidly growing business, management of the successful growth of the department.
Our client requires a Qualified Accountant with proven team management skills from a Financial Services background, documented involvement and understanding of industry wide products ideally VCT and proven evidence of embracing a change management culture. You should be personable and professional with an ability to promote the group at every level of the business.

Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
