Job Description
Property Accountant required. Responsibilities include preparation of month end reporting for review, preparation of audit packs for review, service charge reconciliations, review of service charge demands, cheque run reviews to identify funding issues, raise demands for contributions from landlord, control of cash transfers between properties.
You will have extensive property management accounting experience, good understanding of double entry accounting, good numeracy skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, good written and verbal communications skills as there is day to day interaction with clients, tenants, suppliers, prior managing agents. You will also have a working knowledge of service charge reconciliation.
