Job Description
Payroll Manager required for service provider in Halesowen. Responsibilities include managing, directing and motivating a large team of clerks and 4 supervisors within the department. Your duties will include being part of the change management team, dealing with projects involving impacts on payroll.
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate significant experience at operating within a strategic payroll role; including customer and people management skills, commercial acumen and have an understanding of managing human resources.
