Job Description
Company Bookkeeper required for sole responsibility of accounts for a small company reporting to the Directors of the firm. This is a permanent position where the successful candidate will be a trusted member of the team and key responsibilities will be: Job costing, handling petty cash, VAT returns, staff payroll, reconciliation of accounts, time sheets, dealing with insurance issues, liaising with project leaders, staff and clients, holding the float deposit, staff holidays and inputting information on to the company's account package.
The successful candidate will be an honest and hardworking individual with absolutely exceptional communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role and having shown a stability and commitment to past employers will be looked on as a benefit and my client will reward this with increasing responsibility and great benefits. Conscientious, reliable and a team player, you will thrive on being the main point of contact for accounts within this organisation, as well as someone who is willing to get involved and aid colleagues when required with any other ad hoc duties.
