Job Description

Payroll Clerk required to work within a large payroll function reporting into the payroll manager. Duties will involve all aspects of payroll including calculating and processing payroll information for weekly and monthly paid employees, payment processing, inland revenue queries and information relating to starters, leavers, SMP,SSP, NI and Tax.
The successful candidate will have extensive payroll experience and have a good understanding of payroll procedures and employee legislation. You will be conversant with computerised payroll packages and be able to work out manual calculations. In addition you will be required to have strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a large blue chip organisation. You will be working within a large payroll team and this role could provide various opportunities for progression.
