Job Description
Payroll Clerk required. My reputable client is looking to recruit a Payroller on a temporary - permanent basis to start as soon as possible in the South Manchester office. Working within a large payroll department and reporting in to the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of payroll. Along with looking after such tasks of dealing with P45s, P60, P11Ds, SSP and SMP you will also be working alongside your colleagues to ensure the weekly and monthly payrolls for over 2000 employees are processed correctly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will have significant payroll experience and ideally have knowledge of the Sage Payroll system although this is not an essential requirement. You will be a hard working and driven individual as you will be expected to hit the ground running, and looking to progress your career to the next level as there are many opportunities on offer for career progression with this company.
My client is a large public sector organisation with 20 offices nationwide. Over the next 5 years there are plans to expand the Finance Department which will allow for more career opportunities for current and future employees.
