Job Description
Credit Controller required. Our client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to provide an excellent sales ledger management service to our clients. You will be responsible for chasing debts on behalf of customers to ensure prompt payments is received. You will need to resolve customer disputes over invoices and ensure cash is received promptly after the date of sale. Other duties include providing excellent customer service to clients and their customers and account reconciliation.
You should have credit control experience, having used a computerised accounts packages. The ideal candidate will have proven customer service skills, a confident and professional telephone manner, a high level of personal organsiation and self motivation. An ability to work as part of a team is essential as you will be working in a large team. Keyboard skills and knowledge of Windows based programs is desirable and further IT training will be given.
