Job Description

Credit Controller required for a temporary to permanent role starting straight away to join a friendly team in the Birmingham area, your main responsibilities will include chasing accounts by telephone and letter to meet the targets. Placing accounts on stop for non-payment and monitoring the process through to legal action if required. Dealing with customer queries. Maintaining up to date reconciliations. Logging all conversations with customers and assessing new applications for credit and escalating difficult issues to relevant team leader. Other administration duties as required.
You will have experience working in a credit control department, be computer literate and have excellent excel skills. The ideal candidate will have good GSCE or equivalent grades. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is available to start work straight away for a temporary to permanent role.
My client are a company based in the Tyseley area of Birmingham. They are a growing company and have offices nationwide. They encourage staff development and have may opportunities that are offered internally. My client are looking for cover for a 3 month period working on the credit control team..
