Job Description
Purchase Ledger Clerk required to join a small friendly, professional team based in Telford. The position will initially be for a 6 month period but may extend even Further. You will be responsible for processing and scanning of confidential and priority invoices totaling approximately 500 per month. You will gain authorisation for payments. Other duties include supplier statement reconciliation, dealing with queries and other administration and accounts duties to support the team.
You will be an experienced purchase ledger clerk available to start work within a week or so notice. You will be used to working on computerised accounts packages and Excel. You will be looking to join a company where you enjoy coming into work, doing a good days work and working as part of a friendly team. You will be happy resolving queries over the telephone. You will be methodical, organised and have excellent attention to detail.
My client is a major employer in the Telford area. The offices are pleasant and open plan. You will work within a small, friendly, professional team where people help each other whilst carrying out their work to a very high standard. They offer onsite parking and good access to public transport.
