Job Description
Credit Control required on a temporary to permanent basis to start for a professional services firm based in Telford centre. You will be chasing a high volume of accounts for outstanding debt. you will get commitment for payment date and follow up promises of payment. This is a targeted and fairly pressurised environment and would suit someone who enjoys working at a fast pace. You will be trying to collect in a high value amount by a set date.
You will be an experienced Credit Controller, tenacious, persistent and enjoy working under pressure at speed. You will be experienced in credit control and have used computerised accounts packages and Excel. This role would suit someone proactive who enjoys the buzz of working to targets and delivery deadlines. You will be able to communicate at different levels both over the phone and in writing, you will have a firm approach and not be daunted by high volumes.
My client are a professional services firm based in prestigious Telford centre offices situated close to public transport links and also junction 5, off M54 motorway. They have a reputation for delivery to service level agreements and try to attract employees who can share that vision. This is an excellent opportunity for a credit controller from any industry to gain experience within a niche market.
