Job Description
With a reputation for excellence in advice and execution on a global scale, this Investment Bank is seeking an FX Options product controller. Our client is a leading global investment bank with a strong and profitable private clients franchise. A leader in Germany and Europe, the bank is continuously growing in North America, Asia, and key emerging markets. They employ thousands of people around the world and have been instrumental in changing the face of the financial services sector.
The FX Options product controller will work within the Business Area Control (BAC)and be part of a team and will be responsible for the FX Cash and Options business.
The key responsibilities for the FX Options BAC include:
-Running daily PV & Risk runs for the portfolio within the risk management system
-Production of daily/weekly/monthly commentaries
-Liaison with front office and Finance staff across several business lines and geographical
locations.
-Verification and sign-off of EOD risk figures.
-Responsibility for the completeness & integrity of all financial data relating to FX Options as it
appears in the General Ledger.
Our client is looking for a part/finalist stage accountant, ideally with banking experience and strong P&L/products experience.
