Job Description
Human Resources Advisor required to support a very busy HR function you will work closely with the Human resources manager and the management team to make some instrumental changes within the business from a cultural side. You will be responsible for all the day to day human resources support. Advising and coaching mangers on all areas of HR dealing with recruitment, disciplinaries, grievances maternity paternity absence management etc. This is a great role for people who love a dynamic and challenging environment
You will be an experience Human resources professional who is self motivated, proactive and organised with effective communication skills. Due to the cultural challenges to be successful you will be need to have great tenacity and be resilient with drive to see projects through to the end. Linked with this you need to have excellent influencing skills to be successful. Experience within a manufacturing/ distribution environment is essential.
