Job Description

Head Of CORPORATE And BUSINESS TAX: To advise on the diverse affairs of the OMB client including personal tax, succession planning, CGT, IHT and pensions - To undertake account management responsibilities in order to achieve and develop new business opportunities, achieve income targets and maintain client satisfaction. To take over existing account management responsibilities from HOD where possible. To manage the completion of large and complex tax returns (over 1m T/O) for an allocated number of corporate tax clients in the OMB sector. To manage and develop the team.
ACA or CTA qualified, PQE, with a big background. Be first point of contact for clients, identify their needs and liaise with all other departments to deliver a seamless service to clients. Prioritise work of self and assistants to ensure workloads are achieved. Identify and execute planning opportunities for clients. Deal with incoming correspondence according to client allocation in line with departmental standards. Manage the corporate tax compliance services of the team ensuring accuracy and a cost effective service. Communicate with the group directors and peers.
