Job Description
Corporate Finance Executive required Project Manager / assist CF deals providing support through to completion With support of CF Analyst:- Analyse research provided by CF Researcher/Administrator. Identify trends in specified sectors. Prioritise industry movement and link to CF. Liaise with external third parties to progress and project manage transactions, Support clients as part of the CF team and be seen as a key member of the CF team, Prepare high quality business plans, information memorandums and other necessary documentation to support the transaction process.
ACA or MBA qualified or equivalent CF CPE and CF skills courses and Experience: One year CF buy and sell side experience is desirable, business advisory and commercial experience is also an advantage. Skills, knowledge and competencies: Commercial awareness, Solution focused, Managing self, Team working, Networking and relationship building, Initiative Technical CF skills - Financial modeling, negotiation, project management, analysis. Provide value added analysis on most assignments and make recommendations, Suggest and implement strategies to overcome transaction hurdles.
