Job Description
The job is in a small, experienced, team that covers treasury and intercompany activities as outlined below:
Treasury Activities
- Update actual cash position daily
- Analyse actual cash position against forecast to predict deposit/loan/FX requirements and liaise agree with Treasury Manager
- Produce weekly 3-month rolling cash-flow forecasts based on submissions from:
- Programmes
- Accounts Payable
- Expenses
- Payroll/Tax etc
- Treasury (update of actual cash position) and ensuring consistent with latest Performance Cashflow submissions
- Prepare month-end treasury journals
- Produce monthly treasury reports for Treasury Manager
- Update Sarbanes-Oxley documentation when required
- Produce monthly Treasury Statistics pack
- Supervise day-to-day treasury operations in absence of Treasury Manager
- Resolve ad hoc queries
- Ad hoc Treasury project work. Intercompany Activities
- Agree/Reconcile settlement of balances with a number of interco partners
- Review and manage of unbilled account
- Prepare IC monthly management reports
- Prepare monthly currency forecast
