Job Description
Undertaking the verification and processing of all International & UK Corporate Action event types. This is to encompass completing the reconciliation of security holdings and entitlements due thereon together with liaison with trading desk and external counterparties
• Accurate verification of all Income and Dividend event types and timely notification to trading desks and counterparties.
• Accurate verification of all Corporate Action event types and timely notification to trading desks and counterparties.
• Reconciliation of the security holdings within Global 1, CREST and agents
• Compliance with existing procedures and processes
• Refers more complex problems to supervisor for resolution
• Ensuring all funding and event deadline
• Proven exposure to a Treasury/ Investment Banking operations environment.
• Proven in depth exposure to processing Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions
• Global One and Stock Lending reconciliation required
• Knowledge and exposure to Securities Financing and Treasury Products
• PC Literate
