Job Description
BUSINESS UNIT OVERVIEW
The Client Service Group is part of the London Asset Servicing team that are in turn part of Securities Operations.
The Client Service Group consists of 7 people with colleagues performing similar roles in NY and Hong Kong. The team provides an Asset Servicing interface to the various business units that operations supports
The team reports in to the Asset Servicing Associate and VP who has responsibility for multiple teams. The team supports Prime Brokerage, Prime Access, Proprietary Trading desks, Equity Finance and involves regular interaction between these business units and other operations groups.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who can demonstrate a strong client focus. Including elements of
1) Previous Asset Servicing experience as would previous exposure to client services be beneficial.
2) Change management - The ability to identify where process improvements can be made to improve efficiency and add control
3) Good Team working skills
