Job Description
The role of a Collateral Management Business Analyst will involve:
• Driving the implementation of projects and initiatives within Collateral Management and Client Valuations (CM & CV). This will cover a broad spectrum of initiatives, both organisation-wide and within EMEA.
• Co-ordination of EMEA initiatives impacting CM & CV, including, identifying process enhancements and efficiency gains.
• Drafting Business Analysis and Functional Specifications on behalf of Users, and working with technology to develop full Technical Release Specs.
• Acting as co-ordination point for any User Acceptance Testing, with responsibilities to include; Drafting UAT Test Scripts, Co-coordinating Business Involvement for UAT cycles and subsequently
A potential Collateral Management Business Analyst candidate could have
Exposure to managing high profile initiatives, and have experience of running and documenting process reviews
Advanced Communication skills. The Candidate needs to be comfortable in interfacing to a cross-section of groups at various levels, including Middle Office, CFO, and Technology team.
Strong problem-solving ability
Collateral Management or Cash Management experience
Strong Excel and Access skills. Exposure to MS Visio & Project beneficial.
Exposure to process re-engineering experience, coordination of User Acceptance Testing and exposure to management concepts
